Remote Product Manager - End-to-End Delivery

Job summary

Tangible is a fast-growing, tech-driven platform providing liquidity solutions to LPs and GPs. We seek a Product Manager to own features from concept to delivery, collaborating with designers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure the right solutions align with user needs and business goals.

You will balance product thinking with stakeholder management in a fully remote setting, with a preference for candidates in Europe.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years as a Product Owner or Product Manager, ideally in fast-paced or early-stage environments
• Experience working directly with clients — gathering requirements, managing relationships, and delivering projects
• Strong command of Agile/Scrum practices and tools (e.g., YouTrack, Notion, Jira)
• Ability to write clear epics, user stories, specifications, and acceptance criteria
• Basic UX/UI understanding; familiarity with Figma is a plus
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, including expectation-setting and cross-functional alignment
• Comfortable in a fast-moving environment with evolving processes as the company grows
• Experience using analytics, user research, and experimentation tools (Google Analytics, PostHog, A/B testing) to guide decisions
• Ability to work remotely and stay proactive in a distributed team

Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to capture and refine feature requests
• Translate business needs into clear requirement documents for designers and tech
• Own and prioritise the product backlog, write epics and acceptance criteria
• Plan releases with product leads and ensure timely delivery
• Run demos, gather feedback, and translate insights into next steps
• Coordinate across design, engineering, QA, and business teams to ensure clarity on scope and success metrics
• Contribute to product vision, roadmap planning, and goal setting
• Analyse usage data and user feedback to drive continuous improvement
