Job summary

Tether Wallet is our self-custodial wallet, built to bring USDT and XAUT directly to people who rely on Tether every day, especially in markets with limited access to stable money. You will define strategy for buying and swapping into USDT/XAUT across target markets and map payment landscapes with expansion teams.

In this role you own the end-to-end outcome, from partner evaluation through integration and the in‑app experience to conversion metrics after launch, turning a fragmented payments

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in the financial industry
• 3+ years of product management experience in DeFi or crypto industry
• Good understanding of crypto wallets and DeFi features
• Good understanding of global payment systems and card schemes
• Hands-on experience with fiat on-ramp, off-ramp or swap providers

Responsibilities

• Define and own the Buy & Swap strategy for USDT and XAUT across markets.
• Build market understanding of payment methods, schemes, rails, and on‑ramp providers.
• Define evaluation criteria and select best on‑ramp or swap partners per market.
• Lead partner onboarding from evaluation to go-live, coordinating with Legal/Compliance.
• Translate partner capabilities into product requirements and acceptance criteria for engineering.
• Define routing logic to offer best options by country, currency and availability.
• Track KPIs across the buy/swap funnel and drive data-driven improvements
