Job summary

Tether is seeking a Finance Analyst to manage vendor payments, track expenses, and oversee receivables to ensure accurate financial operations. You will handle end-to-end payment processes, reconcile statements, and maintain precise records.

The role also covers cash reporting, VAT, and periodic management accounts. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance, strong Excel skills, and some programming experience (VBA/Python).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, ACCA/ACA/CPA/CIMA or Part Qualified
• Experience in accounting or finance department, ideally from financial services
• Proficiency in Excel and programming experience; VBA/Python desirable
• High attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end vendor payments to ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Process payments and maintain records; track expenses and receivables
• Perform monthly reconciliations and ensure audit-ready documentation
• Assist with management accounts, VAT returns, and financial reporting
