Job summary

RecruitAbility Ltd is seeking a Probate Case Manager to join a fast-paced, family-run team on a remote working basis across the UK. The role runs full probate cases, supports clients daily, and conducts due diligence pre-case checks. You will review, draft and advise on legal documents, perform Land Registry searches, and manage case files with accuracy.

The position is permanent, £30,000 salary with discretionary bonus, 9am–4pm Monday to Friday, and a pension plus 25 days holiday (pro rata).

Qualifications

• Previous experience working as a probate case manager is essential.
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
• Excellent English, both written and spoken.
• Integrity and empathy are a huge part of this role.
• CILEX level 3 or above is necessary.
• Good attention to detail.
• A good team player.

• Running full probate cases
• Looking after clients on a daily basis
