Job summary

Quay Financial Group is seeking Private Wealth Relationship Managers to build and maintain relationships with sophisticated, high net-worth investors and family offices worldwide, while driving business development across this sector.

Ideal candidates will have strong interpersonal skills and a proven track record in delivering investment solutions, with the ability to engage clients consultatively in a remote-first setup.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in relationship management or business development within wealth management or private banking
• Strong understanding of private investment products for sophisticated investors
• Excellent communication and client-focused consultative approach
• Remote-first capability with international client base
• Professional qualifications (CISI/CII) preferred but not essential
• Multilingual skills or international experience is a bonus

Responsibilities

• Build and manage long-term relationships with sophisticated & HNW investors and family offices globally
• Proactively develop new business opportunities through introducers, referrals, and networking across key regions
• Understand client objectives and present suitable private investment opportunities
• Guide pre-qualified clients through onboarding and due diligence process with high service standards
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support structuring and delivery of investment solutions
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and pipeline activity
