Job summary

Ethos is partnering with a leading AI lab to recruit privacy managers who will help train their language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.

We seek professionals with 5+ years in data privacy or regulatory compliance to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated outputs across DPIAs, records of processing, GDPR/CCPA gaps, privacy notices, vendor DPA, and breach response protocols.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data privacy or regulatory compliance with direct ownership of DPIAs, records of processing activities, and gdpr/ccpa gap assessments.
• Experience drafting privacy notices and vendor data-processing agreements that hold up to regulator and customer scrutiny.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Ownership of DPIAs across projects and product lines.
• Maintain and review records of processing activities and GDPR/CCPA gap assessments.
• Draft/privacy notices and vendor data-processing agreements that withstand regulator and customer scrutiny.
• Develop and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks with high attention to detail.
