Ethos is seeking heads of privacy to help train an AI model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will own DPIAs, records of processing activities, and GDPR/CCPA gap assessments, while delivering high-quality legal and regulatory content with precision.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data privacy or regulatory compliance with DPIAs, records of processing activities, and GDPR/CCPA gap assessments.
• Experience drafting privacy notices and vendor data-processing agreements.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail with document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slides across core workflows.
• Own DPIAs, records of processing activities, GDPR/CCPA gap assessments, and breach-notification protocols.
• Ensure outputs meet regulatory scrutiny and business needs.
