Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Principal Offshore Structural Engineer in the UK to lead the delivery of offshore wind foundation projects from concept through detailed design. You will design monopiles, jackets, or floating systems and mentor a small team in a multidisciplinary setting.

Strong leadership, chartered engineer status, and expertise in ANSYS, SESAM, SACS or STAADPro are essential to drive project success and compliance with quality standards.

Qualifications

• Chartered engineer with offshore industry experience, preferably in wind foundations.
• Experience in Offshore Wind Farm foundation design and offshore substations.
• Proficiency in offshore structural design software such as ANSYS, SESAM, SACS or STAADPro.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of offshore wind projects from concept to detailed design.
• Design and analyse monopiles, jackets, or floating systems for OWF foundations.
• Mentor junior engineers and ensure work complies with procedures and QoP.
