Job summary

Fortrea seeks a Pricing & Data Analyst to optimize pricing strategies and directly impact the financial growth of Clinical Pharmacology Services (CPS). This is a full-time, permanent role with remote or hybrid working, ideally based in the UK (Leeds regional site).

You will build internal costing models, analyze margins and guide pricing negotiations, leveraging Excel and Tableau to deliver actionable insights and improve profitability across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Business or Life Sciences is required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial budgeting, pricing, margin analysis, proposals or contracts.
• Clinical research sector experience is a plus.
• Strong Excel and Tableau proficiency is essential.

Responsibilities

• Support CPS business by providing data-based decision support for financial and operational processes.
• Act as primary owner for budgets, pricing negotiations guidance and approvals.
• Build and maintain internal costing models and tools.
• Develop commercial data pricing analysis for insights into Fortrea's commercial engine.
