Ethos is partnering with a leading AI lab to recruit experienced presentation designers who have supported top consulting or banking teams to train language models on professional slide tasks. Compensation: $70 per hour.

This fully remote, flexible role offers 5–20 hours per week (more if desired) with an ASAP start, allowing you to work on your own schedule while delivering high‑impact decks and brand‑compliant visuals.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a presentation design or visual graphics team at a top consulting firm, bank, or agency.
• Experience supporting top consulting or banking teams.
• Expert-level PowerPoint skills, including master templates, complex exhibits, and brand systems.
• Expert-level slide craftsmanship.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows.
• Design slide layouts and templates.
• Format exhibits and charts.
• Establish visual hierarchy.
• Ensure brand‑compliant deck production.
• Build complex graphics.
• Provide rapid‑turnaround slide fixes.
