Alignerr, a leader in AI research collaborations, is seeking a General Postdoctoral Researcher (Masters/PhDs) for a remote hourly contract. Compensation is $75–$90 per hour with 10–40 hours per week.

You will develop and review advanced problems, apply high-level research to AI reasoning, and collaborate asynchronously with researchers to improve model performance while maintaining rigorous academic standards.

Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD in a STEM or highly technical field from a top university.
• Strong track record of research, publications, or complex project management.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Fluent in English and currently based in the U.S., Canada, New Zealand, U.K., or Australia.

Responsibilities
