Alignerr invites applications for a General Postdoctoral Researcher (Masters/PhDs) to influence AI training through advanced research. This is a fully remote, flexible hourly contract role designed for serious researchers.

You will design and evaluate multi-disciplinary problems, craft problem statements to challenge AI reasoning, and collaborate with AI researchers to improve model performance. Fluent English required; 10–40 hours per week with potential for ongoing projects.

Qualifications

• Masters or PhD in a STEM or highly technical field.
• Strong track record of research, publications, or complex independent project work.
• Exceptional written communicator — you can explain difficult concepts with precision and clarity.
• Naturally detail-oriented with high standards for accuracy and intellectual rigor.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Design, solve, and critically review advanced, multi-disciplinary problems with real-world research relevance.
• Apply your domain expertise to craft complex problem statements that challenge and sharpen AI reasoning.
