Job summary

TXP Technology x People is seeking a Portfolio Data and Insights Specialist on a 12 Month FTC to shape our data and insights capability and elevate portfolio conversations. You will turn complex delivery information into clear insights, dashboards, and actionable recommendations, collaborating with PMO and stakeholders to support data-led decisions.

The role emphasizes ownership, critical questioning and continuous improvement while working in a hybrid model.

Qualifications

Strong Power BI and advanced MS Excel expertise.
Data analysis, interpretation and scenario modelling experience.
Experience delivering KPI and performance reporting.
Experience creating and managing portfolio level reporting.
Experience working within a change environment.
Proactive mindset with data-driven decision support.

Responsibilities

Create and deliver insight across multiple projects with dashboards and reporting.
Analyze data from internal sources, identify trends and present clear recommendations.
Develop compelling visual stories that explain portfolio health, risks, dependencies and performance.
Collaborate with PMO, delivery teams and senior stakeholders to drive data-led decisions.
