Job summary

TXP is seeking a Portfolio Data and Insights Specialist for a 12-month FTC in Warwickshire. The role focuses on turning delivery information into clear insights, recommendations, and action, influencing forward-looking conversations and data-led decision making.

You will develop dashboards, analyse internal data, identify trends, and present actionable insights to PMO colleagues and senior stakeholders, supporting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Data and Insight role within a Change/Project Management environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to create and evolve dashboards and reporting to meet changing business needs.

Responsibilities

• Turn complex delivery information into clear insight, recommendations and action.
• Create and deliver insight across multiple projects and portfolios.
• Maintain dashboards and develop new reporting for evolving business needs.
• Collaborate with PMO, delivery teams and senior stakeholders to tell compelling visual stories.
