Job summary

TXP is seeking a Portfolio Data and Insights Specialist for a 12-month FTC in Warwickshire. The role blends data analysis with stakeholder-facing insight, shaping how portfolio conversations move from status to forward-looking recommendations.

You will turn complex delivery information into actionable insights, maintain dashboards, and expand reporting to meet changing business needs. A proactive data professional, you will partner with PMO and senior stakeholders to drive data-led decisions.

Qualifications

• Strong and recent experience in a Data and Insight role within a Change/Project Management environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build relationships.
• Ideally Power BI and advanced MS Excel experience for data visualisation and modelling - however training can be provided.
• Data analysis, interpretation and scenario modelling experience.
• Experience delivering KPI and performance reporting.
• Experience creating and managing portfolio level reporting.
• Experience working within a change environment.
• A proactive mindset and interest in improving how data is used to support decisions.

Responsibilities

• Turn complex delivery information into clear insight, recommendations and action.
• Create and deliver insight across multiple projects, maintaining dashboards and developing new reporting.
• Analyse data from internal sources, identify trends and present clear recommendations.
• Collaborate with PMO colleagues and senior stakeholders to explain portfolio health, risks and performance.
