Job summary

La Fosse is seeking an experienced PMO Lead to establish and run a technology and product PMO for a global technology organisation of around 700 employees. This is a hands-on, autonomous role working closely with the CTO, CPO, Project Managers and senior leadership.

Initially onsite in Oxfordshire with progression to fully remote, the role will provide governance, reporting and portfolio oversight across milestones, RAID, budgets and benefits.

Qualifications

• Establish and continuously improve the PMO framework, governance and reporting.
• Provide portfolio-level oversight across milestones, RAID, dependencies and delivery health.
• Develop visibility of resource demand, capacity and utilisation.
• Track budgets, forecasts, costs and benefits alongside Finance.
• Produce concise, decision-focused reporting for executive and Board audiences.
• Challenge Project Managers constructively and drive consistent reporting without direct line authority.
• Improve and automate portfolio reporting and processes.
