Job summary

La Fosse is seeking an experienced PMO Lead to establish and run a technology and product PMO for a global technology organisation. The role requires initiating onsite work in Oxfordshire with a transition to remote, and engaging closely with the CTO, CPO and senior leadership to drive visibility and control of the technology portfolio.

This hands-on, autonomous position focuses on governance, reporting and delivering value across milestones, budgets and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience establishing, resetting or significantly improving a PMO.
• Strong technology/product portfolio experience including Azure DevOps.
• Excellent portfolio governance and delivery assurance capability.

Responsibilities

• Establish and continuously improve the PMO framework, governance and reporting.
• Provide portfolio-level oversight across milestones, RAID, dependencies and delivery health.
• Develop visibility of resource demand, capacity and utilisation.
• Track budgets, forecasts, costs and benefits alongside Finance.
• Produce concise, decision-focused reporting for executive and Board audiences.
• Challenge Project Managers constructively and drive consistent reporting without direct line authority.
• Improve and automate portfolio reporting and processes.
