Job summary

La Fosse is seeking an experienced PMO Lead to establish and run a technology and product PMO for a global tech organisation. You will work with the CTO, CPO, Project Managers and senior leadership to create visibility and control across the portfolio.

The role starts onsite in Oxfordshire with potential to develop into a fully remote, autonomous position, requiring strong stakeholder engagement at Board level.

Qualifications

• Experience establishing, resetting or significantly improving a PMO.

Responsibilities

• Establish and continuously improve the PMO framework, governance and reporting.
• Provide portfolio-level oversight across milestones, RAID, dependencies and delivery health.
• Develop visibility of resource demand, capacity and utilisation.
• Track budgets, forecasts, costs and benefits alongside Finance.
• Produce concise, decision-focused reporting for executive and Board audiences.
• Challenge Project Managers constructively and drive consistent reporting without direct line authority.
• Improve and automate portfolio reporting and processes.
