Job summary

Alzheimer's Society is seeking a Philanthropy Executive (Trusts and Foundations) to manage a portfolio of supporters and secure funding for dementia work. You will develop proposals, nurture relationships, and lead a dedicated fundraising campaign for a future Dementia Research Leader, with travel for donor meetings and collaborative engagements.

You will work with colleagues across Research, Services, Finance and Impact Communications to create compelling funding opportunities and demonstrate

Qualifications

• Experience in fundraising, ideally including trusts and foundations.
• Ability to write clear, persuasive applications and reports.
• Strong relationship-building with external organisations.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied portfolio of trusts and foundations.
• Research funding opportunities and develop tailored approaches.
• Lead fundraising campaigns and communicate impact to funders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to build compelling proposals and gather evidence of impact.
