Job summary

28b Limited is seeking a Consultant to deliver digital transformation projects around pharma CRM suites, including CLM content, within agreed budgets and objectives.

You will own components of consultancy projects, collaborating with the wider team and leveraging domain and technology knowledge to deliver great outcomes for clients, while operating in a highly regulated industry where accuracy is critical.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Experience in pharma marketing, CRM/CLM, digital or strategic roles is desirable.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare consultancy materials such as slide decks and workshops.
• Own designated projects or parts of projects with senior team.
• Support early stage client meetings and sessions with clear facilitation.
• Capture notes, actions and requirements, ensuring follow-through.
• Create sales documentation such as statements of work and proposals.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to build and refine project plans.
