Job summary

Paragon Skills is seeking a Personal Tutor - Safeguarding to support a caseload of learners on level 3 safeguarding journeys, delivering engaging learning with a blend of digital tools. The role requires sector competence and travel for in-person meetings where needed.

You will coach from induction through to gateway and EPA, ensuring progress and motivation. The ideal candidate has Level 3 in Saf safeguarding, strong teaching experience, and the ability to manage diverse caseloads while

Qualifications

• Level 3 in Saf safeguarding and relevant occupational experience.
• Proven experience in delivering outstanding teaching and learning.
• Experience in managing a diverse caseload of learners.
• Access to a car and willingness to travel for in-person meetings.

Responsibilities

• Engage, motivate, and inspire learners toward work-based qualifications.
• Deliver innovative and impactful teaching and learning to diverse learners.
• Provide detailed feedback to support learner progress and next steps.
• Build relationships with employer partners and meet expectations.
• Monitor learner progress using the Learning Management System (BUD).
• Ensure GDPR compliance and data security throughout activities.
