TEC Partnership is seeking a Safeguarding Officer for the NET & Apprenticeships team. You will promote safety and wellbeing for learners, provide expert safeguarding guidance, and manage safeguarding concerns with timely intervention.

Regular travel across TEC Partnership sites is required as you coordinate multi‑agency responses and support vulnerable young people. You should hold a minimum Level 2 safeguarding qualification and have extensive safeguarding experience, including leading

Formación

• Minimum Level 2 safeguarding qualification.
• Experience as safeguarding lead.
• Experience in multi‑agency safeguarding.
• Understanding of Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE).
• Willingness to travel across TEC Partnership sites.

Responsabilidades

• Provide safeguarding guidance to learners, staff and partners.
• Manage safeguarding concerns with timely intervention and support.
• Coordinate multi‑agency responses and liaise with external agencies.
• Contribute to child protection and early help processes.
• Promote a safe, inclusive environment for all learners.
