Job summary

LA International is seeking a Performance Analyst to deliver data-driven insights, KPI analysis and performance reporting for a public sector client. The role focuses on turning data into actionable guidance to improve service delivery and strategic decision-making.

The assignment is 3–6 months with work-from-home flexibility and outside IR35. Key tasks include building KPI dashboards, monitoring targets, and producing reports for senior stakeholders, while ensuring data quality and compliance

Qualifications

• Experience in a Performance Analyst, MI Analyst, or Data Analyst role.
• Strong Excel and Power BI reporting skills.
• Experience creating dashboards and performance reports.
• Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Public sector experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and interpret performance data from multiple sources.
• Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and management reports.
• Monitor performance against targets and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Produce regular reports for senior stakeholders.
• Support performance improvement initiatives through data analysis and recommendations.
• Ensure data accuracy, quality, and compliance with reporting standards.
