Foxelli Group is seeking a Performance Ad Creator to turn product insights into compelling video ads. You will own the concept and execution, from hook to finish, and collaborate with our creative lead and media buyers to learn from results.

You will research customers, write English copy, produce ads with footage and AI assets, and test variations to improve performance. The role is fully remote with a fast-paced, idea-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience creating direct-response video ads for e-commerce.
• Ability to turn motivations or objections into a persuasive angle.
• Strong English copy and storytelling for ads.

Responsibilities

• Get to know products and customers; read reviews; develop original ad concepts for paid social (Meta).
• Write hooks, scripts, on-screen copy and calls to action in English; produce complete ads using footage and AI assets.
• Test different openings and variations; review results with media buyers; iterate on concepts and progress.
