The Candidate Recruitment Agency partners with a fast-growing UK live events business to appoint a Digital Marketing & Paid Media Manager. You’ll own in-house marketing, working directly with the management team to sell more event tickets and boost advertising performance.

This hands-on role lets you set the strategy, build campaigns, produce your own creative, and adapt plans based on results. You’ll shape the marketing direction and drive growth across the UK.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on paid media experience across Meta, TikTok and Google Ads, with clear examples of driving sales or conversions.
• Genuine creative spark: can design, film, edit and test content without external help.
• Experience building organic social channels and managing website or landing pages.
• Confident with analytics, tracking, budgets and turning data into practical recommendations.
• Self-motivated and highly organized to run a marketing function independently.

Responsabilités

• Lead paid advertising across Meta, TikTok and Google Ads from strategy to daily optimisation.
• Build campaigns for multiple UK events and audiences; test creative, copy and landing pages.
• Track revenue, CPA, ROAS and conversion; report insights and adjust plans.
• Maintain measurement through GA4, pixels, GTM, UTMs and ticketing data.
• Create and edit video ads, graphics and promotional material; own content calendar.
