Job summary

Action for Children is seeking an experienced Oracle Systems Analyst Payroll to join our IS team on a remote basis within the UK. You will be the subject-matter expert for Oracle Fusion Payroll, ensuring configuration, maintenance and optimisation of payroll systems, with focus on Elements, Fast Formula, and Pension configurations in line with UK legislation.

Extensive training in Oracle Payroll.
Extensive experience with Oracle Fusion Payroll.
Experience collaborating with customers to meet operational needs.
Ability to translate technical requirements into functional specs.

Responsibilities

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Oracle Fusion Payroll legislation and developments.
Provide technical expertise to resolve complex incidents following ITIL Incident Management.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications for Oracle applications.
Develop and monitor Oracle Payroll configurations and disaster recovery procedures.
Manage system security and user activity.
Plan, test, release, and implement significant changes to system provision.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure regulatory and policy compliance and liaise with Oracle and suppliers.
Provide direction to less experienced staff as a technical lead for Oracle Payroll.
