Job summary

Founderr, a UK charity, is seeking an in-house Oracle Fusion Payroll specialist to own a live Fusion Cloud Payroll environment. You will troubleshoot payroll issues across Finance, HR and IT, ensuring the system behaves as required and fixes are delivered end to end.

The role is fully remote, 35 hours per week, permanent, with autonomy as the in-house SME and a focus on UK statutory payments and quarterly updates.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Oracle Cloud Fusion Payroll configuration and support experience on a UK payroll.
• Absence Management configuration.
• Comfortable diagnosing and fixing defects end to end rather than escalating.

Responsibilities

• Configuring payroll elements, calculation cards and Fast Formulas.
• Investigating and resolving payroll and absence defects independently.
• Owning pension auto-enrolment configuration and UK statutory payments end to end.
• Managing Oracle quarterly updates and patch testing.
• Working closely with HR, Finance and Technology on continuous improvement.

Job description

A UK charity that went live on Oracle Fusion Cloud last year is bringing Oracle Payroll skills in-house, and this role is the one that owns it.

The environment is live, stabilising, and needs someone who wants to get into the detail rather than raise a ticket and wait. You'll be the person Finance, HR and IT come to when the payroll doesn't do what they expected, and you'll fix it.

About the employer

A large UK charity working with children, young people and families across hundreds of services nationally. They went live on Oracle Fusion Cloud last year and are now moving from implementation into steady-state ownership.
