Job summary

DSP is hiring an experienced Oracle Database Administrator to join the Managed Services team. Working remotely, you will resolve incidents, perform proactive maintenance, and support customer projects.

You will participate in an on-call rota and develop expertise across Oracle technologies and cloud platforms. The role requires strong core DBA skills, client-facing experience, and the ability to work with multiple clients daily across Linux/Unix/Windows environments, with on-call

Qualifications

• Install, upgrade, patch, clone and maintain all aspects of Oracle Databases.
• Oracle RDBMS 10g–19c and associated tools.
• Client-facing role—build and maintain good relationships with customers.
• Ability to multitask and work with multiple clients daily.
• Proficient OS skills (Linux/Unix/Windows).
• Strong Shell Scripting and SQL skills.
• Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
• Create/maintain technical documentation.
