LanguageLine Solutions in London is seeking an OPI Interpreter Recruiter to ensure timely recruitment of freelance, home-based telephone interpreters in line with business needs and quality standards.

You will manage a six-stage recruitment process with UK and US teams, source candidates for rare languages, conduct initial telephone interviews and English tests, and coordinate DBS checks and joining paperwork. This role is target-driven with data reporting and GDPR compliance.

Aufgaben

• Take candidates through a six-stage recruitment process with UK and US teams.
• Source candidates meeting criteria to become freelance OPI Interpreters, including rarer languages.
• Conduct initial over-the-phone interviews and English Language Tests.
• Coordinate language-specific Skills Assessments with candidates.
• Liaise with candidates for DBS checks and joining paperwork.
• Record candidate progress in Taleo and other tracking tools.
• Produce weekly and monthly recruitment progress reports.
• Work to monthly recruitment targets and adhere to GDPR and data security policies.
