Cats Protection is seeking an Operations System Support Advisor to train volunteers and staff in our operational systems. The role offers remote work within the UK with possible regional travel, part-time 17.5 hours per week, and a salary up to £15,959.49 per year.

Qualifications
- Experience delivering first-line support for operational systems
- Strong customer service background
- Able to train volunteers and staff remotely
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Willingness to travel within the region
Responsibilities
- Provide training and support to volunteers and staff in the use of Cats Protection's operational systems
- Deliver first line professional support for these systems and wider operations
- Communicate effectively with volunteers to ensure policy compliance and meet needs
- Monitor internal support mailboxes, handle daily email enquiries, provide remote support
- Maintain and update processes and guidelines for the systems
- Provide system data and collaborate with other teams to deliver data and support
