Job summary

The Pure Gold Company, a growing precious metals broker, seeks an Operations and Service Executive to handle essential operational, administrative, and logistics tasks. You will focus on data entry, transaction processing, and ensuring global compliance standards are met.

Work hours cover UTC-0 and UTC-8, with shifts frequently set 5pm–1:30am or 1pm–9:30pm. This is a fully remote role with the option to use our London office.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in a fast-paced environment with ownership for outcomes.
• Strong data-entry and clerical skills; accurate record-keeping and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for client inquiries and issues.
• Onboard new clients and ensure documentation and compliance requirements are met.
• Manage partner accounts and provide purchase/invoice data and status.
• Process transactions, data entry, and documentation (POs, invoices, contracts).
• Maintain CRM and stock databases with accurate records.
