Job summary

Alignerr seeks an Oncology Clinical Researcher (AI Training) to shape AI understanding of oncology through rigorous trial design and evaluation. You will work with elite AI teams to ensure regulatory and clinical standards are embedded in AI training data.

This fully remote hourly contract offers flexible 10–40 hours per week to experienced oncology professionals seeking meaningful, expert-level work and ongoing project opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experienced in designing and managing oncology trials from protocol to data readout.
• Strong ability to analyze safety, efficacy and biomarker data.
• Familiar with FDA/EMA regulatory submission standards.

Responsibilities

• Design and evaluate oncology trial frameworks, including protocols and enrollment considerations.
• Analyze trial data for safety endpoints, efficacy, and biomarkers.
• Translate trial outcomes into regulatory and scientific documents for submissions.
• Review AI-generated insights for scientific accuracy and regulatory alignment.
• Help define what 'correct' AI reasoning looks like in oncology.
