Alignerr is seeking an experienced Clinical Study Manager to help train AI systems on real-world trial workflows, bringing hands-on trial execution, vendor management, and budgeting expertise to cutting-edge healthcare technology projects.

This fully remote contract role offers flexible hours (10–40 hours/week) and the opportunity to contribute to how AI models understand clinical operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in trial project management across complex studies.
• Ability to manage budgets, timelines and multi‑vendor relationships.
• Strong coordination across CROs, sites and internal teams.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and evaluate clinical trial timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure projects stay on track.
• Review and assess study budgets, forecasting, and financial tracking across multiple vendors and partners.
• Apply operational expertise to identify risks, resolve issues, and keep complex studies running smoothly.
• Coordinate insights across CROs, sites, and internal teams to support seamless study execution.
• Contribute domain knowledge to help AI models better understand clinical trial operations and best practices.
• Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule.
