Optima Health is seeking a qualified Occupational Health Advisor to join a growing team. The role combines home-based and on-site service delivery for a single client, delivering case management, health assessments, and wellbeing support across the UK.

The ideal candidate has UK OH experience and possesses an NMC PIN as a registered nurse. The role offers 40 hours weekly with potential for part-time applicants and a competitive salary with benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Experience delivering case management and OH consultations.
• UK-based Occupational Health experience (min 12 months).
• Ability to provide practical health and work-related advice.

Responsibilities

• Delivering case management, telephone and face-to-face referrals.
• Managing a varied caseload.
• Conducting management referrals and providing evidence-based occupational health advice.
• New starter employment screening.
• Supporting the Clinical Lead in delivering Occupational Health Services.
• Maintaining accurate and confidential health records.
• Producing management reports for the client.
