Health Partners in the UK is seeking an experienced professional to join our board for medical appeal hearings under the Pensions and Injury Benefit Regulations. You will oversee hearings, ensure fairness, and produce clear, reasoned reports in collaboration with the administrative team.

The role requires GMC registration, strong leadership, and excellent analytical and reporting skills. Flexible home-based work with UK travel to hearings, offering a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and organisational skills.
• Experience with medical appeal hearings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct medical appeal hearings in line with Regulations.
• Consider information and evidence from appellant and authority.
• Oversee board's review of medical evidence.
• Guide the board to a fair and reasoned decision.
• Draft and finalise the board report with rationale.
• Share final report within 15 working days of the hearing.
• Provide guidance to admin team for hearing arrangements.
