Job summary

Optima Health is seeking an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join our homebased team covering Stoke and surrounding areas. You will manage remote casework with occasional face-to-face clinics, delivering health surveillance, pre-employment screenings and fitness-for-work assessments for a range of client organisations.

You will report on health risks, provide guidance on physical and mental wellbeing, and participate in our comprehensive training and development program.

Qualifications

• Registered General Nurse with proven experience working as an Occupational Health Advisor.
• NMC Registration current.
• NHS or occupational health background is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage remote casework with travel to client sites for face-to-face clinics as needed.
• Undertake workplace assessments and report on health risks to employees.
• Conduct health surveillance, pre-employment and fitness-for-work screenings where appropriate.
• Advise employees on physical and mental health issues while maintaining high occupational health standards.
