Job summary

International Medical Group is seeking a Night Shift Team Leader to join our 24/7 Assistance team. You will oversee service delivery, coach Case Managers, and support escalations to ensure high standards around the clock.

This remote leadership role offers a salary of 29,500–32,700 GBP with a £5,000 night allowance and a 5% performance bonus, on a 20:00–08:00 five-on/five-off schedule. You’ll drive continuous improvements, ensure regulatory compliance, and build a collaborative, customer‑focused

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a Team Leader or senior Case Manager role.
• Strong leadership and people management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Commercial awareness with a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support a team of Case Managers to deliver excellent service.
• Handle escalations and case management with professional standards.
