Job summary

Stonewater is recruiting a New Homes Executive to manage sales and lettings across multiple new build schemes, ensuring efficient, compliant processes and a superior customer experience.

Based primarily at home with travel to sites across Somerset, Dorset and Devon, you will coordinate with internal teams, partners, and customers to maximise occupancy and timely handovers. A fixed-term contract runs until November 2027.

Qualifications

• Experience in housing, lettings, sales, or property development.
• Understanding of tenancy management, conveyancing, or development handovers.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Managing sales and lettings activity across allocated schemes.
• Ensuring homes are marketed effectively and void periods are minimised.
• Supporting sustainable tenancies and delivering strong sales performance.
• Progressing sales through to completion while liaising with solicitors, IFAs, and other stakeholders.
• Providing a professional, supportive, and seamless customer journey.
• Maintaining regular contact with customers throughout their journey.
• Supporting customers post move-in in line with aftercare policies.
• Attending site visits, inspections, customer move ins and development meetings.
• Working closely with Development Managers and delivery partners.
• Ensuring readiness for handover and accurate scheme knowledge.
• Auditing rent accounts and verifying contractual documentation.
• Developing local lettings plans and adhering to S106 requirements where applicable.
• Acting as a key point of contact for all external partners involved in sales and lettings
