Version 1 is seeking a skilled .NET Developer to join the DDC Group, collaborating with clients to build and modernise business-critical software. You will work across cloud services, APIs, and CI/CD pipelines, contributing to quality and governance while advancing your technical career.

You will operate within a dynamic team, receive mentorship, and have opportunities to influence architecture choices and best practices in a flexible working environment.

Qualifications

• .NET / C# development experience including .NET Core.
• JavaScript and SQL experience (MS SQL Server preferred).
• Experience with Entity Framework or similar ORM tools.
• Data transformation/integration experience; data service extracts and reports.
• CI/CD experience (e.g. Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
• Manual deployment process using IIS Manager.
• Experience with the Microsoft stack and Azure cloud services.
• Familiarity with Git/GitHub and Azure Repos/DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain software to meet client needs using C#, .NET Core/.NET Framework, and Entity Framework Core.
• Design, build, and support distributed APIs and multi-tier integrations across client systems.
• Modernise and re-platform legacy applications with appropriate architectures (N-Tier, MVC, Microservices).
• Own and improve CI/CD pipelines and support release/deployment processes.
• Apply unit testing and TDD practices to ensure reliability and maintainability.
• Work with Azure cloud services as part of application delivery.
• Create comprehensive technical documentation for clients and teams.
• Provide mentorship and peer code review to maintain quality.
