Job summary

Westlakes Recruit is sourcing NDT Level III specialists to provide remote technical support for a major global nuclear programme. The roles are contract/ consultancy and fully remote, with 2-3 openings.

You will review NDE documentation, advise on inspection strategies, and ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards. Ideal candidates hold ASNT Level III certification, extensive NDE/NDT engineering experience, and strong knowledge of US and/or Polish standards, including ASME sections.

Qualifications

Valid ASNT Level III certification in the relevant NDT discipline(s).
Significant experience within NDE/NDT engineering and inspection.
Strong knowledge of applicable US and/or Polish standards and codes.
Experience with ASME Section III, Section V and Section XI; ISO 9712 knowledge.
AWS Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) certification would be advantageous.
Experience in nuclear or highly regulated sectors is desirable.

Responsibilities

Review NDE/NDT documentation, including test plans, procedures and work instructions.
Provide specialist technical support across NDE inspection activities.
Review inspection methodologies and related technical documentation.
Support compliance with applicable project, industry and regulatory requirements.
Assist in resolving non-conformances and advising on technical issues.
Ensure NDE activities comply with project and regulatory standards.
