Job summary

Qualifications

• Act as a regular customer to help businesses improve service.
• Visit various venues (restaurants, cafes, shops, pharmacies, leisure centres).
• Provide constructive feedback via written or verbal reports.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned visits and report outcomes on the Job Board.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to guidelines.
