Job summary

JKS Mystery Shopping and Training Ltd is seeking motivated individuals to join our mystery shopper network across the UK. You’ll visit a variety of venues as a regular customer, collect feedback, and help businesses improve service quality.

Assignments cover restaurants, beauty counters, clothing stores, pharmacies, food retailers, charities and leisure centres. You may also work from home on calls, emails and online inquiries as a self-employed contractor.

Responsibilities

• Act as a regular customer and provide constructive feedback to help businesses improve service quality.
• Visit a diverse range of locations (restaurants, cafés, beauty counters, clothing stores, pharmacies, and leisure centres).
• Complete tasks such as phone calls, emails and online enquiries (when work-from-home options are available).
