Job summary

JKS Mystery Shopping and Training Ltd is recruiting mystery shoppers to evaluate a wide range of venues, from restaurants to beauty counters and retailers. You will act as a regular customer, visiting locations and reporting on service quality to help businesses improve.

Tasks include in-person visits as well as optional home-based activities such as phone calls and online enquiries. You will be paid per task, with earnings aligned to the National Minimum Wage and vary by assignment.

Qualifications

• Enjoy shopping and providing constructive feedback to help businesses improve their service.
• Self-employed contractor status with responsibility for own taxes and NI.

Responsibilities

• Visit restaurants, cafés, fragrance/beauty counters, clothing stores, pharmacies, food retailers, charities and leisure centres.
