Qualifications

• Solid MuleSoft/API/integration development experience.
• Experience integrating cloud business systems (e.g., Salesforce, ERP/finance).
• Understanding of integration architecture, standards and best practice.
• Able to work collaboratively within an existing integration team without duplicating effort.
• Hands-on MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (Anypoint Studio, DataWeave 2.0, Flow Designer, Runtime Manager).
• Proven track record building RESTful APIs and event-driven data flows between CRM and back-office platforms.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of integrations and workflows connecting Salesforce with ARC, DTCommand and Finance systems.
• Collaborate with Salesforce and IT teams on cross-system solutions and shared operational coverage.
• Provide documentation, API payload contracts and sample payloads for testing and troubleshooting.
• Support production incidents, monitor API health and triage integration issues.
• Align API payloads and authentication with MuleSoft standards and data sync frequencies.
