Job summary

Teladoc Health UK seeks a remote MSK Physiotherapist for an affiliate/contractor role. You will triage, assess, and treat MSK patients remotely, delivering evidence-based exercise programmes via secure platforms.

The role is contractor/self-employed with flexible Monday–Friday working and a rate of £35 per hour, UK-based remote work focused on high-quality patient care within a virtual care framework.

Qualifications

• Experience assessing and managing a diverse caseload of MSK conditions using evidence-based, patient-centred physiotherapy.
• Confident delivering remote assessments and identifying when escalation or referral is required.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, applying sound clinical judgement.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage patients effectively virtually.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and committed to accurate, timely clinical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Triaging patients to ensure clinical appropriateness and patient safety.
• Undertake comprehensive MSK assessments via video or phone.
• Develop and deliver evidence-based treatment and rehabilitation programmes tailored to individual patient needs and goals.
• Provide expert advice, education, and self-management support to patients with MSK conditions and pain presentations.
• Monitor patient progress, evaluate treatment outcomes, and adjust plans to optimise recovery and function.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical records in line with standards.
• Contribute to learning through team meetings, case discussions, supervision, and service development.
• Support quality improvement, audits, and implementation of best practice.
