Job summary

Placing Faces is a remote-focused mortgage brokerage inviting experienced Mortgage and Protection Advisors to operate as self-employed professionals. Based remotely with Cornwall/South West focus, you will advise clients, build a personal pipeline, and manage introducer relationships using company leads and your own network.

You will benefit from a proven brokerage, admin support, and access to estate agency leads, with commission of 70% rising to 75% beyond £40,000 earned.

Qualifications

• Must have strong experience as a Mortgage and Protection Advisor.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive approach to generating business and developing introducer relationships.
• The ambition to grow your own client bank and maximise earning potential.
• Ideally, knowledge of the Cornwall and wider South West property market.

Responsibilities

• Provide mortgage and protection advice to clients, delivering a high standard of service throughout the process.
• Develop and maintain relationships with estate agents and other introducers to generate new business.
• Make the most of company-generated leads while building your own client base.
• Attend meetings with potential introducers to establish new business relationships.
• Grow your presence and client network across Cornwall and the wider South West.
• Manage your client relationships and develop a sustainable pipeline of business.
