Job summary

TJD Financial, part of The Openwork Partnership, offers a fully remote mortgage adviser role with a preference for the South West/M5 corridor but not essential. This self-employed position features a starting commission structure: 50/50 on introduced business, 75/25 on self-generated business, and access to an existing client-book.

You will handle mortgage and protection work, including product transfers, first-time buyers, and portfolio cases, with scope to develop into wealth advice over time.

Qualifications

• At least two years' mortgage advice experience.
• CeMAP-qualified and able to operate with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, client-focused mortgage and protection advice.
• Analyse clients’ financial situations to determine mortgage options.
• Utilise training and support from the firm.
• Manage client records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Promote services through networking and marketing to grow client base.
