Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year's mortgage advisory experience.
• Open to advisers from any mortgage sector background.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide mortgage and protection advice to new and existing clients.
• Convert company-generated leads into completed business.
• Build long-term relationships with clients and introducers.
• Generate additional business through referrals and networking.
• Maximise opportunities within the existing client bank.
• Manage cases from initial enquiry through to completion.
• Ensure all business is conducted in line with FCA requirements and Consumer Duty.
• Contribute to the continued growth and success of the business.
