Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough fact-finds to understand clients' financial circumstances, needs, and objectives
• Research and recommend suitable mortgage products from a comprehensive panel of lenders, with a compassionate and supportive approach
• Advise on appropriate protection solutions (e.g., life insurance, critical illness cover, income protection) to safeguard clients' financial well-being
• Prepare and present transparent, compliant, and personalised advice reports
• Manage the application process efficiently, liaising with providers, solicitors, and clients as required
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
• Ensure full compliance with FCA regulations and company policies
• Proactively identify opportunities for new business and client retention
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and introducers, understanding their long-term financial goals, and providing ongoing support
• Keep up-to-date with industry changes, products, and regulations

What We're Looking For:

• Full CeMAP qualification (or equivalent)
• Proven experience as a Mortgage and Protection Adviser, with a strong track record of achieving good client outcomes
• Excellent understanding of the mortgage market and a wide range of mortgage products
• Solid knowledge of protection products and their relevance to client needs
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly with clients and colleagues
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Highly organised and meticulous with attention to detail
• A proactive and positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt
• A commitment to providing outstanding customer service
• Proficiency in CRM systems and mortgage sourcing software
• The ability to work from home, with some evening and weekend flexibility
