Job summary

ZOLLARO, Inc. is seeking a Mobile App Developer to build and maintain high-performance iOS and Android apps used by millions tracking health metrics. You will own feature areas from architecture to production release, collaborating with design, backend, and data science teams to ship intuitive, reliable experiences.

The role emphasizes performance optimization, REST/WebSocket integration, and state management, with fully remote work and a learning budget to support conferences and courses.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience building production mobile applications with React Native or native iOS/Android.
• Solid understanding of mobile performance optimisation — rendering, memory, battery impact.
• Experience integrating with REST APIs and WebSocket streams.
• Familiarity with App Store and Google Play submission, review, and release processes.
• Experience with state management (Redux, Zustand, or equivalent).
• Good instincts for UX and attention to pixel-level design fidelity.
• Bonus: HealthKit, Google Fit, or BLE device integration.

Responsibilities

• Own entire feature areas across the mobile app from architecture decisions to production release.
• Collaborate with product designers, backend engineers, and data scientists to ship performant features.
• Maintain high code quality with automated tests and contribute to internal component library.
• Deliver a consumer product used by millions in health journeys.
